The Cherry Tree was a free house with two bars and a restaurant area. It offered a very varied menu with Sunday Carvery in the spacious and comfortable restaurant area
Built 17th century, with a mid 19th century façade, the pub reopened in mid-2008, having been closed for 3 ½ years. Closed again roughly April 2011, with a planning application for conversion to residential use having been applied for.
