This characterful 16th century pub still offers traditional games.
Ales are served direct from the pub's own wooden barrels.
In February 2015 the on-site brewery was launched, brewing beers including a mild (3.7%) and a stout (4.0%). Food is cooked freshly by landlord Tony Hook and is sourced as much as possible locally.
