Always a busy and lively pub, popular with both locals and visitors enjoying the coastal views from the nearby cliff top. It is situated next to the Sailor's Reading Room museum. It offers three drinking areas. Children are welcome in the side room. The main bar is flagstoned and has an open fire for the winter months. The pub is renowned for its good value food and full range of Adnams beers.
