Originating as a Coach House in 1849, this pub is situated next to Lowestoft's bascule bridge.
It's mainly a restaurant, but there are stools at the bar for drinkers.
Local road improvements in 2007 mean that the pub is surrounded on three sides by a paved area which is part of a major esplanade improvement initiative. There's an outside patio area for smokers. Faith night club is upstairs in this pub.
