The Street, CO10 0SQ
A one bar pub with a separate restaurant.
The building mainly dates from the 18th century, though parts date back to the 16th century.
The pub has been closed for some time and when visited in May 2018 was looking abandoned and un-loved. A sign in the window says:
The Swan - Little Waldingfield
Under new ownership 30th June 2017
Dear customers and villagers,
The Swan will be closed for a while but we will be investing in refurbishment of this fine building to attract the best possible new long-term tenants that the pub and village deserves.
We aim to keep you updated as our plans evolve, but in the meantime, please feel free to contact us with any comments, questions or potential new tenants.
Best wishes, Justin & Claire Nevison-Grainger
