Bull House, located in Bull Road. Perhaps an old pub that was called the Bull? If it was, it's probably a long time ago, as it appears on the 1837 OS map as "Bull House". And certainly long enough ago that at least one older village resident doesn't remember it having been a pub.
If you can confirm or refute this idea, or can provide any more information, please let us know.
Ady Smith, of the Ipswich Dove, confirms that there was a pub, or possibly a beerhouse in Bull Road.
Although we have an entry for a pub called the Old Bull, it seems unlikely to be this building, as it's described as being "on the high road leading to BSE", which would preclude this location.
