Reported to have been purchased for conversion into residential housing in November 2012. Found de-signed and repainted when visited in May 2013, so evidently not going to reopen.
The building dates from the 16th century, with early 19th century extensions.

Crown & Anchor was once the name of a dice game used for gambling
