Large, open plan "locals pub" retaining a good basic bar and stained glass window depicting a fox. The beer garden is good for those summer days and they also have an open fire and friendly locals with a piano in the bar. A large patio area has been added to the beer garden.

Was closed briefly at the beginning of May but has since re-opened and now offers a new lunchtime and evening menu and a variety of cask ales.
