Shown here on an OS map of 1881. The building was heavily remodelled, but still had recognisable features from old photographs. It was partially demolished in May 2012 and finally completely demolished in March 2015. The site is being redeveloped with an estate of office buildings.
The 1904 Woodbridge licensing records show that the Station Hotel's license was issued in 1862. Whether this was when it was first licensed or when it got a full (ie not just beer) license isn't clear, though the latter seems more probable, as it was apparently built in the late 1850s.
It closed in 1943, when its license was transferred to the Woodbridge Bay Horse.
The date of closure is unknown, but was definitely later than 1955.
