In East Suffolk Gazzette 16 Feb 1909 it was reported: LICENSING SESSIONS: Provisional Licence given to the One Bell (Conviction in 1908) Tenant DH Holsey apply. Landlord went out to work in summer as Yachtsman & in winter as Builder's Labourer. 5 Bedrooms in House, 3 regular lodgers.
