The 1844 White's Directory lists Henry Braddock as a brewer (107 Southgate st)
The 1855 White's Directory lists Henry Braddock as a brewer (81 Southgate St)
The 1865 Kelly's Directory lists Henry Braddock as a brewer & spirit merchant (Southgate St)
A report in the Ipswich Journal** on 20 Jun in 1868 states that :
Sale of the Southgate Street Brewery, Bury, with 11 public houses, on instructions from the Executors of the late Henry BRADDOCK esq.
A report in the Ipswich Journal** on 17 Oct in 1868 states that :
Auction of the remaining portion of the country public houses of the late Mr BRADDOCK including the Bell Inn, Melford, the Oak at Lidgate & the King's Head at Saxon Street (Cambs).
